A. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: - 100% new equipment, manufactured from 2026 onwards. - Main equipment origin: G7 group of countries. - Full information (code, brand, origin). B. CONFIGURATION REQUIREMENTS: - Image acquisition plate: 01 plate. - Image processing software: 01 software. - Image processing station (Computer set does not include screen): 01 set. - Display screen (medical screen type) ≥ 27 inch LCD: 01 set. - Licensed Windows software: 01 set. - 3kVA online uninterruptible power supply (UPS): 01 set. - User manual: 01 set. C. MAIN TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: - Synchronously connected and usable on the RADspeed DR digital X-ray system operating at the Institute without the need for any additional accessories. D. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: - Location of handover, installation, operation and instructions for use: No. 27 Ly Thai To, Quy Nhon Nam ward, Gia Lai province. - Time for handover, installation, operation and instructions for use: ≤ 90 days (3 months) from the effective date of the contract. - Provide CO, CQ when handing over goods. - Provide user manuals in English and Vietnamese, maintenance documents in English or Vietnamese. - There is a team of engineers trained by the manufacturer. - Warranty period ≥ 12 months (1 year) from the date of handover, acceptance and put into use. - Periodically perform maintenance during the warranty period; Maintenance must comply with the manufacturer's regulations. - When there is an unexpected request for inspection or repair, the manufacturer/supplier must be able to respond within 24 - 48 hours. - Commitment to providing consumable materials and replacement accessories for at least 10 years; At the same time, there is a price quote for spare parts and replacement components after the warranty period.
