In E-HSDT, the contractor only made 10 commitments (No. 1–10), E-HSDT did not show the content of the commitment at STT 11. Therefore, E-HSDT was determined to not meet E-HSMT requirements (E-HSDT did not show or yes but did not meet the requirements in Clause a, b, Clause C, Section 4 Chapter V of E-HSMT).
