     ⚬ Package No. 7: Supply of VTTB of the first substation (including testing and sample approval) and conductors, lightning protection wires, insulated accessories, OPGW fiber optic cables and accessories for connection lines.

     ⚬ Package No. 8: Supply and installation of secondary VTTB, configuration of protection control system, SCADA law enforcement system, including testing to calibrate SCADA law enforcement system and installation, verification, and testing of meter connection to the system

     ⚬ Package 12: Insurance of works during construction.

     ⚬ Package 6: Supply and transport 220 kV-250 MVA transformer and 110 kV-40 MVA transformer.

     ⚬ Package 18: Consulting and installation supervision of transformers 220 kV-250 MVA, 110 kV-40 MVA and first + second calibration experiment supervision (excluding administrative work of TTLLSCADA).

     ⚬ Package No. 10: Construction and installation of connection lines, including providing connection poles and transporting conductors, lightning protection wires, insulated accessories, OPGW fiber optic cables and accessories to the construction site.

     ⚬ Package 15: Auditing the completed project settlement report.
