    Nâng cấp hệ thống phản ánh hiện trường tập trung vào việc nâng cấp sâu rộng các chức năng cốt lõi, tác động đến cả người dân, các cấp quản lý và nâng cấp phân hệ phản ánh hiện trường tích hợp vào nền tảng số dùng chung, ứng dụng Hue-S cung cấp cho người dân sử dụng, với quy mô đầu tư như sau: - Nâng cấp các chức năng tiếp nhận, phân phối, đăng tải kết quả, phản ánh có tương tác, tương tác vi phạm, thống kê, biểu đồ giám sát, phản ánh có xử phạt cung cấp cho người dân, doanh nghiệp, cơ quan nhà nước sử dụng. - Nâng cấp phân hệ xử lý phản ánh hiện trường đã được tích hợp vào nền tảng làm việc số theo định hướng thống nhất của thành đáp ứng mô hình chính quyền số 02 cấp. 4 - Tích hợp phân hệ xử lý phản ánh hiện trường vào ứng dụng Hue-S đáp ứng thuận tiện cho các cơ quan đơn vị trong xử lý phản ảnh hiện trường. - Thực hiện chuyển giao và hướng dẫn người dùng sử dụng sau khi hoàn thành xây dựng, nâng cấp hệ thống.
