    Petition content: It is not consistent with the current requirements of the conference at E-HSMT, leading to a reduction in bidding competition, making it difficult for contractors, not ensuring the goal of bidding is fair, transparent and economic efficiency leading to contractor restrictions. Therefore, the contractor sends petitions to the investor to consider adjusting the contents of the location requirements of the conference, expanding the organization area as well as the requirements of the more appropriate location to ensure the competitiveness, fairness and economic efficiency in bidding.
