The concrete is appropriate and must meet the following requirements: the tenant, or the supplier must prove the capacity to supply by the business registration certificate of the business and documents proving the capacity. For sand and stone materials: legally exploited in Vietnam (attached documents) does not comply with Point E Section 1 and Point B Section 3 Appendix 10 Circular 22/2024/TT-BKHDT 2. Point 7 of the construction capacity of the organization in section 3, technical evaluation criteria required: "There is a certificate of construction capacity of civil works and technical infrastructure of class III or higher." Through research E-HSDT found that the central building is a civil building.
