    i) Nhà thầu phải kê khai thông tin chi tiết về các thiết bị thi công chủ yếu dự kiến huy động để thực hiện gói thầu theo Mẫu trong HSMT. ii) Nhà thầu phải kèm theo trong HSDT hồ sơ chứng minh sở hữu thiết bị bằng một trong các tài liệu sau: Hóa đơn GTGT hoặc giấy đăng ký hoặc giấy phép lưu hành đang còn hiệu lực. Trường hợp thiết bị thi công là đi thuê, Nhà thầu phải cung cấp thỏa thuận hoặc hợp đồng nguyên tắc của thiết bị đó. iii) Ngoài việc phải kê khai đầy đủ thông tin chi tiết theo các biểu mẫu trong HSMT, nếu nhà thầu có còn đủ chứng từ để chứng minh sở hữu thì kèm theo HSDT, trường hợp không còn hoặc thất lạc thì nhà thầu phải có văn bản cam kết là thuộc sở hữu của nhà thầu. Trong trường hợp nhà thầu trúng thầu, chủ đầu tư sẽ kiểm tra trước khi thi công và nếu phát hiện không đúng như kê khai thì xem như nhà thầu có hành vi gian lận và sẽ bị xử theo quy định của pháp luật về đấu thầu.
