    		1 Gói - Module chương trình lấy số liệu áp suất 3 tuyến từ PLC Vipa - Module chương trình lấy số liệu đo nhiệt độ, tỷ trọng tức thời, tỷ trọng trung bình, chất lượng hàng hóa, trạng thái hoạt động… từ PLC Vipa. - Module chương trình lưu log dữ liệu chất lượng hàng (phục vụ báo cáo nén ống) với tần suất 10 phút với chất lượng tốt, 10 giây với chất lượng xấu, cho phép thay đổi thời gian lưu trong file cấu hình. - Module chương trình lưu dữ liệu áp suất tức thời xuống SQL Server Compact (phục vụ cho đường backup truyền số liệu áp suất về K130 khi kết nối MobusTCP/API không thực hiện được) - Module chương trình truyền số liệu áp suất tức thời về K130 qua kết nối ModbusTCP/API. - Module chương trình kiểm soát kết nối với PLC, kết nối đến K130 và ghi log trình trạng và ngày giờ sự cố kết nối.
    3 Lập trình phần mềm PLC (cho bộ PLC lắp đặt tại K130)
    		1 Gói - Module chương trình thu nhận tín hiệu áp suất từ 03 cảm biến áp suất tại K130. - Module chương trình Ethernet/IP kết nối với PC - Module chương trình kiểm tra điều kiện trước khi nén ống (ổn định áp suất, mức chiều cao trong bể tham gia nén ống). Cho phép thay đổi mức kiểm soát và thời gian kiểm tra. - Module chương trình kiểm soát (bắt đầu nén ống, các cảnh báo trong quá trình nén ống, kết thúc nén ống). Cho phép thay đổi thời gian và thông số ngưỡng báo kết thúc quá trình nén ống thành công, quá trình nén ống không thành công. - Module kiểm soát và lưu các trạng thái quá trình nén ống theo thời gian thực dưới PLC (Chuẩn bị nén ống, bắt đầu nén ống lần 1, lần 2, kết thúc nén ống, trạng thái nén thành công/thất bại, quá trình xả nén ống). - Module đồng bộ thời gian thực giữa PC/PLC.
    4 Lập trình phần mềm Scada (cho máy tính Scada tại K130)
    		1 Gói - Module chương trình kết nối ModbusTCP/API lấy số liệu áp suất cảng dầu đưa xuống PLC (tại K130) - Module truyền thông Ethernet/IP với PLC - Module chương trình lấy số liệu đo mức từ hệ thống đo mức (tại K130), truyền số liệu đo mức xuống PLC (tại K130) - Module chương trình log dữ liệu tại các thời điểm: Chuẩn bị nén, bắt đầu nén, nén lần 1, lần 2, xả nén, trạng thái nén thành công/thất bại, thời gian bắt đầu thực hiện từng bước đó, áp suất tại cảng, áp suất tại K130, mức hàng của bể tham gia nén. - Module chương trình giao diện cài đặt thông tin thông số từng bể, từng đồng hồ áp suất, cảnh báo khi quá hạn kiểm định, từ điển các bể, từ điển tàu nhập... - Module giao diện giám sát chuẩn bị nén ống, bắt đầu quá trình nén ống, kết thúc quá trình nén ống, xả nén, các cảnh báo trong quá trình thực hiện nén ống. - Module giao diện nhập số niêm, thước đo, giao diện xem lịch sử nén, lịch sử lưu trữ số liệu các quá trình nén. - Module chương trình lưu dữ liệu các quá trình nén ống, chiều cao bể tham gia nén, áp suất theo thời gian thực, xem lại lịch sử theo bảng thống kê (thời gian lưu có thể cấu hình được). - Module tạo báo cáo và xem lại các báo cáo lịch sử quá trình nén ống. - Module tạo báo cáo và xem lại báo cáo quá trình nén bao gồm cả quá trình xả nén - Module kết nối với SQL Server tại cảng dầu lấy số liệu chất lượng hàng hóa 2 tiếng trước thời điểm nén và đưa vào báo cáo. - Module tạo các trending, bảng số liệu xem lại lịch sử áp suất, chiều cao bể các quá trình nén ống và áp suất đường ống theo thời gian - Module tạo báo cáo log xem lại lịch sử áp suất, chiều cao bể, theo quá trình nén ống.
