    Invest in building a level 1 transmission pipeline from Bac Ninh surface water plant to Bac Ninh city. Specifically as follows: - Section 1 is about 11.68 km long: Using HDPE pipes with inner diameter D630mm (HDPE D700), 700mm (HDPE D800). The transmission pipeline from the Bac Ninh surface water plant goes parallel to the old route in the direction of TL279 road, the road along the South canal, the inner road of Phuong Mao village, out to National Highway 18 along Tran Hung Dao street to the Dai pressure booster station. Phuc. - Section 2 is about 6.68km long: Using HDPE pipe with inner diameter D500mm (HDPE D560). The transmission pipeline from Dai Phuc booster station goes along Truong Chinh street, right of National Highway 1A, Le Lai street, Binh Than urban area and ends at Nguyen Van Cu street. Total length is about 6.7km.
