    Read and notify personal dosimeter results (Hp(10)) periodically up to 04 times/year with the following contents: - Each dosimeter is read once every 3 months, maximum 4 times per year. - Personal dosimeter uses Thermoluminescent (TLD) LiF chip from RADPRO International GmbH (Germany); Dose range 10µGy-5Gy. - Results confirmed by competent functional units every 3 months (4 times/year), adding total results in the last quarter. - There is a part to monitor and remind the delivery of the dosimeter and deliver a new one before receiving the dosimeter to read the results
