According to the manufacturer's regulations

- All products are 100% new and manufactured from 2025 onwards. - The warranty period for the products is at least 18 months from the date of delivery. - The contractor must be present on site within 24 hours of being notified of a defect in the product, to work with the client to determine the cause and propose a solution. - Once the defect has been confirmed, the contractor is responsible for repairing or replacing all defective products within 10 days of receiving notification from the client. The contractor will be fully responsible for all costs associated with correcting the defect, including but not limited to: labor costs, material preparation, equipment for transportation, dismantling, installation, testing, calibration, and other incidental expenses. During the warranty period, if any product is damaged, fails to meet quality standards, or does not meet technical requirements, the contractor must repair or replace it according to the client's request. For items/parts that have been repaired or replaced, the warranty period will be recalculated from the date the replacement/repair was made and put into use, but no less than 18 months from the original delivery/acceptance date.
