In this article, DauThau.info will guide contractors on how to Statistically analyze the bidding participations and history data of that bidding participations; Manage information of personnel and equipment mobilized for the bid packages participated in; Analyze competitors and Manage partnership members. Here are the steps to do so.

1. Statistical Analysis of Contractor's Bidding sesions
This feature will assist contractors in summarizing the bidding packages that the business has participated in, including: Number of winning package , number of losing package, and number of package with the lowest offer but not winning. Thus, contractors will have a more comprehensive overview of their bidding process. To access this feature, users should follow these steps:
Step 1: Access the National Bidding Network System as a Contractor ⇒ Select Personal Page (see Figure 1) ⇒ Select Bid Opportunity Analysis (see Figure 2).

Step 2: The system displays tabs such as: Statistical Analysis of Contractor's Bidding participation; Personnel and Equipment Management; Competitor Analysis; Partnership Member Management.

Step 3: Select the Statistical Analysis of Contractor's Bidding Participation tab ⇒ Choose the Timeframe to analyze: Month, Quarter, Year ⇒ Select Search.

For the pie chart, the number of bidding packages the contractor participates in is only considered for the bids that have been successfully opened. The chart will display the number of bidding package participated in and opened successfully, the number of bidding package won, lost, pending results, or cancelled.
If a bidding package has multiple lots, and the contractor wins one of the lots participated in, it is also considered as winning contractor
In the section on Bidding Participation Status, the system will provide detailed statistics such as the number/ratio of bids where only one contractor participated, the number/ratio of bids where the contractor was the sole technical compliant bidder, the number/ratio of successful bids, total winning bid amount (VND), average cost savings ratio, number/ratio of unsuccessful bids, number/ratio of lowest bid quotes, number/ratio of lowest bid quotes that won, number/ratio of lowest bid quotes that lost, number of recommendations (Invitation to Bid documents/ Contractor selection/ Results), and the average number of clarifications of Invitation to Bid documents.
In the Bidding Participation Status, the system will statistically analyze detailed contents such as: Number/Proportion of bidding packages with only one participating contractor; Number/Proportion of bidding packages where the contractor was the only one meeting the technical requirements; Number/Proportion of bidding packages won; Total winning bid price (VND); Average savings rate; Number/Proportion of bidding packages lost; Number/Proportion of bidding packages with the lowest offer; Number/Proportion of bidding packages with the lowest offer but lost; Number of Request for Clarification (Bidding Documents/Legal Documents/Results); Average number of Clarifications for Bidding Documents.

2. Personnel and Equipment Management
Allows users to view the list of contractors who have participated in the same bidding packages as the contractor. To use the Competitor Analysis feature, users perform steps 1 and 2 as in the Statistical Analysis of Contractor's Bidding Participation section. Then, follow these steps:

For the Personnel tab, the system will display the list of Company Personnel/Mobilized Personnel

3. Competitor Analysis
Allows users to view the list of contractors who have participated in the same bidding packages as the contractor. To use the Competitor Analysis feature, users perform steps 1 and 2 as in the Statistical Analysis of Contractor's Bidding Participation section. Then, follow these steps:
Step 2: The detailed information of the contractors participating together will include: List of Bid Solicitor/Investor that the contractor frequently participates in; List of bidding packages with only one participating contractor; List of bidding packages with two or more contractors but the contractor was the only one meeting the technical requirements; List of bidding packages where the contractor made request for clarification but did not participate; Areas/location/place where the contractor frequently win the bidding packages; Information on bidding bans.

4. Partnership Member Management
View a list of contractors who form a consortium with the contractor during the bidding process.
To use this feature, follow steps 1 and 2 as in the Statistical Analysis of Contractor's Bidding Opportunities section. Then, follow these steps:
Step 1: Select the partnership Member Management tab ⇒ Choose Time: Day, Month, Quarter, Year ⇒ Select Search ⇒ Select View Details.

Step 2: View detailed information of partnership contractors to know information such as: List of Bid Solicitor/Investor that the contractor frequently participates in; List of bidding packages with only one participating contractor; List of bidding packages with two or more contractors but the contractor was the only one meeting the technical requirements; List of bidding packages where the contractor made request for clarification but did not participate; Areas/location/place where the contractor frequently win the bidding packages; Information on bidding bans.
