1. Check in the Spam/ Bulk Mail folder (Spam)
Sometimes the mail system mistakenly receives spam, so you need to check if the message is in there to make sure it is not sent to the spam box. In case if DauThau.info's mail is located in the Spam/ Bulk Mail folder, you handle it as follows:
Step 2: On the left side of the Gmail interface, click on the expanded list of books, then click Spam.
This will be the place to store all the messages that Gmail considers spam. According to Gmail's regulations, all these emails that are in the spam folder for more than 30 days will be automatically deleted.

2. Check for misclassified messages in Inbox
By default, Gmail's incoming mail interface has 5 Tabs corresponding to 5 groups: Main, Social, Advertising, Updates, Forum (Picture 3).

Gmail will automatically categorize messages into one of the groups above, and by default you'll see them in the "Primary" tab. So you need to find out if the message is in other tabs to bring it to the tab you want. Normally, DauThau.info messages are often put in the "Ads" Tab.
If you want to switch to the "Main" Tab for convenience, you can do the following:

3. Search for messages in the entire mailbox

4.1. In case the Software Filter does not find the bidding package to look for
