1. How to cancel receiving automatic customer care emails if there is no need to receive useful information about bidding

Here is an example of an incentive program to support small and medium businesses that DauThau.info offers to you. These emails will provide you with incentives, promotions or useful information, sharing experience on bidding. If you do not need to receive this information, you can follow the instructions below to cancel the email sent to you.

Kindly access the most recent email that DauThau.info has sent with information about experience sharing or preferential programs (except for those sending bidding information of VIP packages).

At this email, pay attention to the text at the bottom of the email “If you don't want to receive similar emails in the future, you can Unsubscribe here”

In case the contractor no longer wants to receive emails providing similar information, please click on “Cancel” notifications” as picture 1.2 above.

After clicking, the screen will appear as follows:

Then the system will notify you that an email has been sent to you to confirm (Picture 1.4), check your email and click on the link as shown in the picture (Picture 1.5).

Please let us know why you don't want to receive such emails by ticking the appropriate options and click Unsubscribe to complete the cancellation process.

2. How to register to receive interesting by appropriate email

Option 1: Re-register the information of interest after clicking the button Cancel notification like picture 1.1

After clicking the Cancel notification button as shown in Figure 1.2, you click "The emails I receive are not relevant to the content I am interested in" when the screen appears with options to receive other types of information, you click information relevant to your organization (Picture 2.1)

Here, you can select the information you are interested in such as Information related to public procurement, Information on private tenders for contractors, Information on private tenders for solicitors, Information on  auction properties. DauThau.info will convey the right information according to your needs.

After selecting the information of interest, click on “Update”. The system will send you a confirmation email, similar to the email shown in Figure 1.5, you proceed to confirm the information. After confirmation, the system will return information "Thank you for your confirmation! will note and convey the right knowledge that you need in the future."

So you have completed the registration of relevant information of interest in case you missed clicking "Cancel Notification" .

Method 2: Update the information you are interested in on the website interface

Customers can update right on the software interface, first you need to log in to your account on DauThau.info.

Then, you hover your mouse over the menu Member, select Custom Preference  (as shown in photo 2.3).
 

At this time, the system will redirect to the account setup page, where you can select the information of interest according to your needs (like image 2.4)
