If the Agent is already active, check the format of the digital certificate or tell the provider to check the format of the digital certificate in accordance with the format required by the Ministry of Information and Communications. 

5. The digital certificate must be the organization's digital certificate. If it is a personal digital certificate, it will not be displayed on the digital certificate selection screen and display the message "no data" when connecting to the user's computer​.
