1. Request for Quotation (RFQ)

With reference to the Framework Agreement (FA) above, bidders are invited to submit their Most Competitive Quotations in this Secondary Procurement process. Quotations for Related Goods and Services are described in Appendix 1: Buyer Requests, attached to this RFQ.

2. Selling price

Bidders' quotations must be submitted in the format contained in Appendix 2: Supplier Quotation Form. The Contractor's Quotation, excluding any additional prices for inland transportation and other services required in the Buyer's Country to transport the Goods to their final destination, shall not exceed the Price basis for the Goods as established in the Framework Agreement. Prices for any additional domestic shipping and other services required in the Buyer's Country to deliver the Goods to the final destination specified in the RFQ are not included in the Base Price will be quoted. The price quoted by the contractor will be fixed and there will be no further adjustments. Quotations will be in the currency(s) specified in the Framework Agreement, Appendix 2: Tariff. The quotation will be valid for the period: until December 31, 2021.

3. Contract performance guarantee

If the Bidder's Quotation is successful, the Contractor will be required to provide Performance Security under the Order Contract.

4. Explanation

If a bidder requires clarification(s) regarding this RFQ, please send the bidder's request in writing (email or hard copy) to our above named Representative by 4:00 p.m., November 23, 2021. We will forward copies of our response to all Suppliers that include a description of the investigation but do not identify its source.

5. Submit a quote

The quotation must be sent according to the form attached in Appendix 2 and includes 03 printed copies. Deadline for submission of Quotations is 14:00, November 25, 2021. The address to send Quotations is:

6. Open a quote

Quotations will be opened in the presence of the Suppliers or their representatives, who choose to attend, at 2:15 p.m. on November 25, 2021 (Bidders have the right to attend or not attend at quotation opening).

7. Rate Quotes

Quotations will be evaluated and according to the criteria and methods described in the Framework Agreement, Appendix 3: Secondary Procurement.

8. Contract

Attached, as Appendix 3 to this RFQ, is the draft Call for Contract that will apply to this Secondary Procurement. If successful, the contractor will be required to sign a similar Order Contract or similar terms. [Instructions: complete this draft Order Contract for Procurement and attach it to this RFQ]
