Package BMT-01B: Closing Cu E Bur landfill

1. The Socialist Republic of Vietnam received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for the Class II Cities Development project in Quang Nam, Ha Tinh and Dak Lak. Part of this loan will be used to pay for the above contract. Bidders from eligible countries according to ADB's data sources were invited to bid.

2. Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee, through Dak Lak Urban and Environment Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Investor”), invites suitable bidders to submit sealed bids for Package BMT-01B: Closure of landfill site Cu E Bur, the basic contents of the project are as follows:

a. Texture of clay layer covering existing landfill surface, soil and grass planting.

b. Drainage system for leachate around the landfill.

c. Leachate pumping station and 07 underground water monitoring wells.

3. The form of competitive domestic bidding will be conducted according to the procedures of the Asian Development Bank (ADB): One stage, one dossier bag, no prequalification and open to all bidders from the appropriate countries. as described in the bidding documents.

4. Only suitable Contractors who meet the following key competencies are eligible to bid:

- Minimum average annual construction and installation turnover of VND 43.8 billion is included in the total payment value. payments are confirmed from contracts being performed or completed within the past 3 years;

- The financial resource requirement for this contract is VND 11 billion;

- Participate in at least one completed or substantially completed contract within The last 5 years and the like for the proposed work, the value of the contractor's participation exceeds 17.5 billion VND;
