Construction of Phan Dinh Phung Kindergarten with a scale of 20 classrooms, function rooms and ancillary works including:

* Construction 3-storey office building, classroom building:

Level 2 building, 3-storey design, 3.3x6.0 m column grid system; 3.6x6.0 m; 4.8x6.0 m, the corridor in front of the span is 2.32 m. The height of the floors is 3.6m. The height of the floor from the core +0.00 to the top of the roof is 11.45 m.

The roof is corrugated with 0.47 mm thick blue corrugated iron, steel purlins. Granite floor tiles KT 600x600 mm and 800x800 mm, toilets paved with anti-slip tiles KT 300x300 mm, toilet walls covered with ceramic tiles KT 300x600 mm.

Doors and windows use colored aluminum doors (systems) profiled aluminum equivalent to Vietnamese-French aluminum system), safety glass 6.38 mm thick. The bathroom door uses frosted glass. The window has a protective iron flower. The inside and outside walls of the house are painted as indicated on the drawings, three steps, 20mm thick granite stairs, red color.

Power supply using 3-phase network, power distribution to areas electricity consumption area, wall-mounted electrical system, house lighting with neon lights, cooling by ceiling fans, socket equipment, switches, wires and synchronous lightning protection system.

Water supply and drainage: Water supply to equipment by heat-resistant plastic pipes, drainage by plastic pipes. Toilet equipment using equivalent INAX.

* Construction of ancillary works:

Garage: Located near the entrance to ensure separation separate from the children's living spaces. Covered parking area for teachers, officials and employees. An area of ​​60 m2 ensures a minimum of 0.9 m2 for each vehicle. Garage is designed with 6 compartments 3.6 m; Blue corrugated iron roof, shaped steel purlins on steel structure.

Gate: Width of gate clearance 9.05 m, height of gate post 2.7 m, gate pillars on both sides KT 0.45x0.45 m. The gate pillar is built with XM grade 50 mortar, plastered with XM mark 75. Plastered columns, ceiling beams with XM mortar mark 75, 15 mm thick. White painted pillar. The nameplate of the project is mounted on the left side of the gate, built of brick, finished with red granite tiles, combined with decorative walls on both sides, and tiled with cards. The nameplate is made of embossed yellow aluminum alloy.

Permanent house: column grid system 3.82x4.08 m, house height 3.3 m, roof top 4.2 m. Reinforced concrete frame house, foundation, columns, beams, concrete floor poured in place. The foundation and walls are built with 100 grade bricks with VXM mark 50. Plastered inside and outside the house with VXM mark 50, ceiling beams with XM mortar mark 75, 15 mm thick. 0.47 mm thick blue corrugated iron roof, shaped steel purlins. 600x600 mm KT granite tile floor. Interior and exterior walls are painted white and yellow.

Construction of 160KVA substation.

* General structure for the project:

Structure: Section foundation works using reinforced concrete piles. Reinforced concrete frame house, foundation, columns, beams, concrete floor poured in place. Brick frame foundation with mark 100, cover and partition wall built with unburnt bricks (05 vertical rows and 01 horizontal row), VXM mortar grade 50. Plastering walls inside and outside the house VXM mark 50.
