1. The Socialist Republic of Vietnam has received funding from the World Bank for the cost of the Sustainable Agriculture Transformation (VnSAT) project in Vietnam, and is expected to partially apply for contract payments. Package XLAG07: Construction and installation of infrastructure for Thanh Giang Agricultural Cooperative.

2. The VnSAT Project Management Board of An Giang province now invites eligible contractors to submit bids for Package XLAG07: Construction and installation of infrastructure for Thanh Giang Agricultural Cooperative. Agricultural and Rural Development Works, Level IV.

3. Bidding will be carried out through the Open Domestic Competitive Bidding procedure specified in the Procurement Regulations for Borrowers for Investment Project Financing: Procurement of Goods, Works, Services Non-Consulting and Consulting Services in Investment Project Finance, July 2016 by the World Bank (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible bidders as identified. specified in the Procurement Regulations.

4. Only eligible bidders who meet the following key competency criteria should bid:

Involved in at least 1 contract and completed or substantially completed within the last 5 years (2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018) and similar in nature to the works being bid, in which the value of the Contractor's participation is greater than VND 4.0 billion.

Minimum average annual construction revenue of VND 10 billion calculated by total confirmed payments for contracts in progress or completed, within the past 03 years. (2016, 2017, 2018).

Criteria on contractor qualifications will be described more fully in the Bidding Documents.

5. Eligible and interested bidders in this contract can get more information from the VnSAT An Giang Project Management Board and check the bidding documents during office hours (morning from 08:00 to 11:00). afternoon from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.) at the contact address listed below. 6.
