Construction and equipment installation

* Flood shelter:

- Scale: New construction of a 1-storey block, 6.8 m high. Total construction area 213m2.

- Structural solution: The building uses a reinforced concrete (BTCT) single foundation system with durability grade B20 (M250). The body uses a system of frames, beams, and B20 reinforced concrete floors to support the main force. Using AI grade D6, D8 reinforcement (Rs=2300kG/cm2); steel D>=10 grade AII (Ra=2800kG/cm2);

- Finishing solution: KT 600x600 granite tile floor. The inner and outer walls of the house are built of bricks with a thickness of 15÷20 cm, painted in 3 countries. Natural granite paving steps. The roof: 0.42 mm thick corrugated iron and tile, KT40x80x1.2mm galvanized box steel purlins, plastic coated steel storm protection. Doors, windows, glass walls use 2mm thick aluminum frame doors, 8mm thick tempered white glass. Toilet: Non-slip ceramic tile floor KT300x300; 2.5m high KT 300x600 ceramic tile wall, 0.3mm thick cold corrugated iron ceiling, 30x60x1.2mm galvanized steel box purlin.

- Power supply solution: Power supply is available. connect from the existing power supply system in the area to the main switchboard by CXV/XLPE cable 2x6mm2. Power supply to electrical equipment by Cu/PVC wire 2x2,5mm2, 2x1.5mm2 threaded in protective plastic pipes going underground in walls and ceilings.

- Solution for water supply and drainage: Water source is provided taken from the bore well leading to 02 water tanks located on the roof with a capacity of 1.5m3 by PPR pipe with diameter D32; From the tank, water is supplied to the use areas on the floors by PPR pipes (32÷20)mm in diameter. Draining water for washing toilets using Upvc plastic pipes.

* Leveling, ground embankment, concrete yard:

- Leveling area 447m2, level 3 , the average embankment height is 0.9m, the land is expected to be taken in the area about 6km from the work.

- Total area 97 m2, 10cm thick M100 concrete.

- Embankment for retaining rock and rock M100, length 65m; segment A-B 55cm high; section B-C average embankment height (average) 55cm to 1.8m; section C-D average height 1.8m to 0.95m; section D-E average height from 1.15m to 4m; section E-F TB 4m to 1.2m; the F-G segment is 1.2m high;
