    Through the research and reference of public products on the official website of reputable body camera manufacturers in the world such as Audax, Digital Ally, Avigilon, Axon, …… Specifically at the address: https://audaxsecurity.co.uk/our-products/, we notice:
    There are currently no body camera products on the market to meet the following criteria:
    • Screen size ≥ 2.0 inch, screen resolution of Full HD (1920x1080)
    • Equipment weight ≤ 162g
    For current specialized body camera devices, the common screen size is in the range of 2.0–2.4 inches, but the actual resolution is usually only at QVGA, VGA or maximum of about 800x480 pixels, to ensure the optimization of size - weight - battery life - durability in specific operating conditions (outdoors, impact, continuous recording, long -term waiting time ...).
    With current technical and technological conditions, there is no basis to confirm that body camera manufacturers in the world have commercialized products with ≥ 2.0 inch screen with Full HD resolution within weight limit ≤ 162g. Hence:
    • Proposing the bid solicitor to consider adjusting the technical criteria to suit the technological reality, ensuring competitiveness and transparency.
    • At the same time, it is recommended to carefully evaluate technical records and documents proving by domestic contractors, avoiding the case of false statement of specifications or providing dishonesty documents in order to legalize the criteria that are not feasible in practice.

    Petition content: After studying the E-HSMT package: "The device is captured or hat collecting evidence", code E-TBMT: IB2500144348, along with documents clarifying the technical features at E-HSMT and the written recommendations clarified from the interested contractors.
    We see the criteria of: "Screen size ≥ 2 inches, reaching Full HD resolution, and the total volume of ≤ 162 g" is a highly binding technical requirement and needs to be verified objectively to ensure transparency and fairness in the contractor selection process.
    Therefore, we would like to propose the investor to supplement the required content as follows:
    The participating contractors need to provide a full range of technical documents to prove the bidding equipment to meet and fully the technical criteria mentioned at E-HSMT. In order to ensure authenticity and prevent the contractor claiming the deviation of specifications or providing dishonesty documents, the investor should ask the contractor to supply attached:
    • Inspection certificate or
    • The test results test results are carried out by the inspection, testing and quality certification organization that has been recognized by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the General Department of Standards, Metrology and Quality.
    Some units have the function of testing, testing and certification, including:
