Instructions to set up notification about the bidding package that the contractor is pursuing as soon as it is posted on the national procuring system

- You must be using VIP1 service package on dauthau.info.

To use this feature, you need to know one of the following:

You may not know the above information completely, but you need to know a few keywords correctly so that the software can filter for you.
 

Typical use case example: 

1. If you have the connection, you should have an early source of information about a bid package X of investor Y in province Z, you need to know when the bidding package will be posted to promptly carry out bidding procedures. Then you will need to apply this feature.

2. Your company has capability to do this bidding package and you want to "hunt" this package at all cost (despite all technical barriers, all about competing on bid price )

3. Your company is a consulting company, every day your company has to consult a few bidding packages and you need to update information about when the bidding package is posted then notify the investor
4. ... there are many other cases where you need to update the bidding package information. Then you need to use this feature of the software to save time folow up and hunting on the Public Procurement portal.

Step 1: Log in to your account on DauThau.info, then go to the menu "Members"/ "Manage search filters"

Step 2: Click the "Add New Filter" button, then fill in the following information:
 

Regulations: Put any name that you want as long as it is easy to remember.

Rules: You can use up to 5 keywords, separated by commas (,)

Specific examples of the above case: You have a connection, so you should have the news soon, your business is about to participate in the bidding package to make planning projects urban functional areas along both banks of Hieu river of province Quang Tri is invested by the Department of Construction of Quang Tri Province, you need to know when the bidding package is posted to promptly do other procedures (avoid having to ask the investor many times, they hate it ofcouse)

In this case, I will use the keyword "Quang Tri Province Department of Construction" as the main keyword. But what if you don't know the name of the investor? For example, the investor hires a consultant (At this time, the consultant will be in the name of the bid solicitor). Therefore, you only have information related to the bidding package, at this time I will include typical keywords that can be used in the bidding package as the main keywords, for example: Project, Planning, Hieu River

The keywords will definitely appear in the bidding package you include in the "Additional keywords" section.

Rules: If this field is declared, all keywords included in the entry will be required search terms. You can use up to 5 keywords, separated by commas (,)

In this case, you declare the additional keyword "Quang Tri"

Finally, press the "Save filter" button (see image below

The software will create a filter to remember the information you have set. You can access to edit at any time.

Also if If you want the software send email notification as soon as there are new bidding packages has posted, please register using VIP1 package. Very convenient, no need to keep your eyes on the Public Procurement portal (Ministry of Planning and Investment).
