Filters marked in the "Send mail" column will be continuously checked by the software (every minute) to perform the screening and send mail to the mailbox. your mail. When the software finds a new suitable bid package, an email will be sent to your inbox with the basic information of the bid package to notify you. 

Option 2: You go directly to the menu "Members" / "Manage search filters", at the management page, click the "Add new filter" button. In the box "Main keywords", you enter the name of the bid solicitor, fill in the necessary information and click the "Save" button to create a filter.

The software is now ready to go! Whenever it detects that any bid package of the procuring entity being tracked has been posted, the software will send an email to the address you specify to notify you.
