Instructions for using the bid-hunting feature

To “hunt” bid packages from procuring entities/investors that contractors want to pursue, follow these steps:

Step 1: Identify the correct name of the investor/procuring entity

You need to know the exact name of the investor/procuring entity whose bid packages you want to “hunt”. If you are not sure, you should verify it by using that name to search here: https://dauthau.asia/en/project-owner/ 

The system will display a list of search results.

• If there is only 1 result → the entered name is correct
• If there are no results → you need to check and re-enter the name
• If there are multiple results → select the correct entity to track and use it for the next step

Step 2: Create & save filter information

There are 2 ways to set up a filter:

Method 1: On the DauThau.info homepage, you will see the section “Your filters” (on the right side of the statistics chart by province/city). Here, select “Create new” or “Manage”.

Method 2: In the Member menu, select Manage search filters, then choose Add new filter on the Filter Management page.

On the Add new filter page, enter the required information to ensure effective and accurate search results.

Step 3: Save the filter

After entering all the necessary information for “hunting” bid packages from the investor/procuring entity you want to pursue, click “Preview” to view the filtered results or click “Save filter” to save the filter.

Step 4: View/Edit the filter

You can click on the saved filter name to quickly view the latest filtered results from the system (1). If the results are not yet suitable, click “Edit” to modify and optimize the filter (2).

When this feature is activated, the system will automatically monitor and send notifications as soon as a new matching bid package appears.
