Steps to post download the contractor selection plan for development investment

• Step 1: User logs into the system as Master invest => Select Contractor selection plan => Select Create a new KHLCNT => Select Development investment spending.

• Step 2: Section Basic information of KHLCNT person user choose 1 of 2 approval status: Project approval has been received/No project approval decision has been made => Fill out the basic information (Note: Need to fill in the number of bidding packages and the file for approving the contractor selection decision) => Click Save.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

• Step 3: After creating the basic information successfully, the system will switch Go to the package information => The user needs to fill in the information => Select Save Package. 

• Step 4: Select Post contractor selection plan, after uploading, you will see a screen appear in the search section.
