Before starting automatic bid entry, bidders need to ensure that their computer has Agent - the latest version 1.0.2 installed on the system. new national bidding network system and plugging public digital certificates into computers. (See the Environmental Installation Guide for the new national bidding network system - install the latest version of eGP-Agent)​​​​​​​

Sequence of steps for automatic bid entry on the new e-GP system

After completing the necessary operations, bidders log in their account to the new bidding network system and perform automatic bid entry with the following steps: 

• Step 1: Select the bidding package on the network of contractors you want to participate in bid => Select Submit Bids. 

• Step 2: SelectContractor status (Independent contractor/consortium) => Tick Commitment to bid => Select Create Bid

•  Step 3: In the bid information, select Bid price summary => Select the action Form Input/Edit.

•  Step 4: Download the Excel template file to your computer and execute Fill in the price information of each product in the file.

• Step 5: Choose to upload the Excel file of the unit price you just imported to the system system => Select Save => The system displays a popup to save the summary of successful bids.
