1. Pay costs directly on the homepage without logging in to the new national bidding network

Paying registration and maintenance fees on the National Procurement Network

Step 1: In case of payment of registration and maintenance costs, the user will Click on the entry item “Electronic payment here”, the system will switch to the screen Make a request to pay the maintenance registration fee, the user will enter the tax code of your unit, then click search button. 

Step 2: After clicking the search button, the system will display the unit information and analyze the charges have to pay. Overdue fees, the system will automatically click and force a user to pay debts because they are overdue. As for the fees that are not past due, the user will allow to choose to pay first and after.

There are 2 forms of payment, payment via Payoo gateway or payment via bank. 

- The first method: if you want to pay via bank, you can go to the bank's counter to make payment, or transfer to the bank via your account number. To pay via bank, users will click on the pay via bank button to know the account number of their unit opened by the system on BIDV's side. The account number that the user will transfer to the National Online Procurement Center to make payment for his or her unit is as shown below:

- The second method is payment via Payoo Gateway. User will click on Payoo button, here comes the online payment button. The system will display to the payment gateway, the user can choose to pay via international card or pay via domestic card, then the user will enter card information and perform payment operations.

After successful payment, the system will return to the payment request screen.

Step 1: In the case of payment of the cost of submitting bids, the cost of winning the bid, the cost of using the contract e-wallet, the user also selects item "Electronic payment here".

Step 3: After selecting the beneficiary, the user then presses search button. Similar to the screen for making a request for payment of maintenance registration costs, when paying for the cost of submitting bids, winning bids, and using electronic contracts, information about the unit and fees owed will also be displayed. of the unit. 

Payment is made with the same forms and operations as when paying for registration and maintenance costs. 

2. Login to the new national bidding network and make payment

User logs in to the System, selects Electronic payment. On the screen of the electronic payment module, select the item to make a payment request. Then you make the same payment as when paying expenses directly on the homepage without logging in to the system.
