Steps to Create E-TBMT, E-HSMT on the New e-GP National Online Bidding Network System

To proceed with creating E-TBMT, E-HSMT on the new National Bidding Network System, users need to follow these steps:

Step 1: Users log into the system with the role of Bid Solicitor ⇒ Select Online Bidding ⇒ e-Bidding Subsystem ⇒ choose Contractor Selection Process according to the bidding law ⇒ select Preparation, Organization of Contractor Selection.

Step 2: Choose the Tender Notice section ⇒ Create Notice (Online/Offline).

Step 3: Fill in all required information fields (*) ⇒ Select Save.

Step 4: After saving the E-TBMT, users proceed to create the E-HSMT by entering webforms for Chapters: Chapters II, III, VI, V, VII, VIII.
