Steps to Post the List of Investment Projects Using Land

To post the list of investment projects using land on the new National Bidding Network System, follow these steps:
Users log into the system with the role of Authorized Agency.

Step 1: In the e-Bidding Subsystem, the user selects Land Use Projects ⇒ Investment Projects Using Land ⇒ Announce the List of Land Use Projects ⇒ Create New

Step 2: On the Investment Project Using Land Entry screen, under the General Information tab, the user chooses Domestic/International; if Domestic is chosen, the language is Vietnamese, and if International, the languages are both English and Vietnamese.

Next, the user enters the required information (marked with a red asterisk * ) ⇒ Click Continue.

Step 3:In the Approval Decision tab, the user enters the required information (marked with a red asterisk * ) and clicks Continue.

Step 4: Step 4: In the Invitation For Expression of Interest tab, the user selects the Deadline for submitting the project implementing registration file (E-HSĐKTHDA) and attaches Preliminary Requirements for the Investor's Capacity and Experience as follows:

File format is pdf, docs, rar, zip
Size limit is 300MB
The project posting date must be at least 30 days before the deadline for submitting the project registration file

Then click Continue.

Step 5: In the Confirm Information tab, the user checks the information entered ⇒ Click Save ⇒ Post.

*** Note: Posting the list of investment projects using land should be done within 07 working days from the date the Project List is approved.
