Step 1: After logging in to the bidding party's account on the national bidding network system at: https://muasamcong.mpi.gov.vn/, in the e-Bidding module, the user selects "Bidding" land use project", click "Investor selection results", select "Publicize results".
At the Investor Selection Results Lookup screen, select "Create new", select "Not online".

Step 2: At the Investor Selection Results input screen, the user selects the input source as shown in Picture 2 from the Investor Selection Plan (From KHLCNT) or from the Bid Invitation Notice (From TBMT). The system will display information about the fields that need to be filled in according to the Investor Selection Plan or the Bid Invitation Notice.

Step 3: User selects "Search TBMT". You can search by one or more criteria, click "Search", click "Select" to select the bidding notice to search (Picture 3).

Step 4: The user needs to enter the required information fields.
Note that when the investor selection result is a winning investor, click "Add line", click "Search" according to one or more criteria, select the investor you want to search for in the box before and after. then click “Confirm”.

Step 5: After the user enters all information fields, click "Save", then click "Confirm posting", then the system displays "Successful posting of investor selection results" as completed.
